How It All Started
Hi, I’m Nico! Nico's Pico has been a dream of mine since I was little. It all started years ago, watching my mom make fresh homemade salsa. The aromas and flavors were amazing! I couldn't stop eating it. It quickly became my favorite food, and I was constantly asking Mom to make another batch. She eventually decided I needed to learn how to make my own salsa, so I did! Together, we came up with the recipe for Nico's Pico, and after years of sharing it with friends and family, we are excited to now share it with you.
Our Salsa
Nico’s Pico is handmade in small batches at a local certified commercial kitchen. Our goal is to pack in flavor using only fresh natural ingredients. We offer four levels of heat. Mild is safe for everyone, just flavor, no burn. Wild cranks things up a notch with more fresh jalapeno. Loco takes things to the next level with a touch of heat that you will notice immediately. Fuego provides a slow burn and our most intense heat. It's Dad's favorite! If green is your color, we also offer a mild and delicious Verde.
